Dr. Aziz completed her residency training at UIC Family Medicine program where she was trained to provide the highest level of care to patients in a nurturing and team-oriented atmosphere. Prior to joining Zmedi Healthcare, Dr. Aziz worked at Loyola University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor who was committed to working with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent clinical care
As a Family Physician, Dr. Aziz especially enjoys the role of being a primary care physician who has unique skills and a special interest in women’s health. Not only providing healthcare for women, but also educating them about the importance of wellness exam and routine screening.
